How long are the training sessions?
Appointments are booked for the hour and can last anywhere from 45-60 minutes. Training sessions include a warm up, a stretch, the workout, and a cool down exercise. Sessions where biometric assessments are updated may take a few minutes longer than normal.
How much weight can I lose?
Weight loss is about caloric intake vs. energy expenditure. A balanced diet with regular exercise can definitely promote weight loss. Healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds a week. We try not to promote weight loss as much as we promote body fat loss.
How do you track my progress?
We do a monthly or biweekly biometrics assessment and monthly physical fitness assessment. Results are tracked and sent to clients email.
What are the benefits of your training?
Can you help me with my eating? I have no idea what I should be eating.
We subscribe all clients to our nutrition app that helps you meal plan and prep. You can also log and track your progress over time.
How soon will I see results?
Results can be seen as quickly as right after a training session with something as simple as relieved pain or discomfort. Weight/body fat loss isn't the only goal or the main focus of your training. Our clients can also expect to correct and straighten their posture, increase their strength and endurance, build lean muscle, learn how to maintain a more balanced and regular diet, and most importantly, we provide you with the tools so you can go at it on your own.
